All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note that custom apparel orders and gift baskets may require additional processing time due to the handmade and curated nature of these items. If your order falls into one of these categories, you'll receive an estimated timeline at the time of purchase or via email confirmation.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available by special request — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing based on your item. Express shipping is not available on all products.

🚨 Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Lost or stolen packages: Daisie Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a mail claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number. We recommend also checking with neighbors and your local post office before filing a claim.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at daisie@shopdaisie.com with your order number and photos of the damage and we'll make it right. 🌸
