✿ Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We always pack your items with love and care so they arrive perfectly to you.
Do you offer tracking on all orders?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your happy mail every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally or just within the U.S.?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We are working on expanding shipping options in the future, so stay tuned by joining our email list for updates.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because many of our items are handmade, seasonal, or limited-run, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong item sent, etc.), please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at daisie@shopdaisie.com with your order number and details about your issue. We’ll respond quickly with the next steps.
Can I return sale items or mystery boxes?
Sale items, mystery boxes, and limited edition collections are non-refundable. We want every box and piece to feel like a surprise and a treasure, which is why they’re final sale.

How do I know which size to order?
Each clothing item includes a sizing guide on its product page. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for the comfiest fit. For accessories, most items are one-size or adjustable.
Are your accessories and clothing true to size?
Yes! We do our best to source and design pieces that are true to size. If a piece runs smaller or oversized, we’ll note it in the product description so you can shop with confidence.
Will you restock sold-out items or limited collections?
Some of our bestsellers do come back, but many of our seasonal or themed collections (like mystery boxes or holiday items) are limited edition and won’t restock once they’re gone. We always recommend grabbing your favorites quickly!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also occasionally offer Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout for extra flexibility.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in several amounts and make the perfect present when you’re not sure what to pick. They’re delivered instantly by email and can be used on anything in the boutique.
Can I use discount codes or promo codes?
