You know those random rolls of vinyl you totally forgot you had? Yeah… they’re about to shine.
Today’s craft project was ✨unexpectedly adorable✨ and SO easy. I grabbed a few plain storage bins from Dollar Tree, found some blue puff vinyl hiding in my stash, and gave them a quick glow-up — perfect for organizing small things in the Airbnb or my workspace!
✿ What I Used:
-
Plastic storage bins from Dollar Tree (these are SO good for $1.25 each!)
-
Blue puff vinyl I had just sitting around
-
Cricut for cutting the labels
-
Heat press (or iron works too!)
✿ What I Made:
I labeled each bin for different categories — super cute and practical.
Think:
🧺 Card Games
🧺 Toys
🧺 Arts & Crafts
This would be adorable in a kids’ playroom, office closet, or a guest space like an Airbnb! The puff vinyl gave it a little texture and the blue color popped on the neutral bins. I honestly didn’t expect it to come out this cute, but here we are 💁
✿ Tips for Crafty Girls:
-
Don’t toss your random vinyl scraps! They come in handy for mini projects like this.
-
Labeling makes it magical. Even the most basic storage bin looks high-end when you add cute type and texture.
-
Mix practicality with personality. That’s the Daisie way 🩷
✿ Final Look:
I love how clean and organized the space looks now — everything has its own little home AND it’s aesthetically pleasing.
